Packaging & Care

Skinny is made with quality chocolate — and chocolate doesn’t love heat.

Orders are packed securely to prevent damage.
During warmer months, softening may occur in transit. This is the nature of chocolate and does not affect quality or taste.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them.
Once dispatched, we’re unable to modify or cancel the order.
