Returns & Cancellations

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please email reach@skinnychocolates.com with your order number.


Returns & Refund Policy

As our products are food items, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

However, we will offer a replacement or refund in the following cases:

  • The product is delivered in a damaged condition

  • An incorrect product has been delivered

To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing reach@skinnychocolates.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Date of purchase

  • Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect product

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the request and confirm the resolution (replacement or refund).


Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are initiated within 7–10 working days of confirmation.

  • The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank’s processing cycle.

In certain cases, we may request the product to be returned before processing the refund.
