F.A.Q.
Discover answers to your most common questions about Skinny Chocolates. From product details and shipping information to dietary preferences and gift options, our FAQ section covers everything you need to know.
1. What is Skinny?
Skinny is a range of chocolates and wafer bars made without palm oil and maida, and without the heavy sugar load found in most regular chocolates.
It’s everyday chocolate — redesigned to feel lighter.
2. Is Skinny always sugar-free?
Some Skinny products are no added sugar.
Some contain significantly less sugar than regular chocolates.
Each product clearly mentions its sugar positioning on the pack and product page.
We focus on balance — not extreme claims.
3. What sweeteners are used in Skinny?
Depending on the product, we use alternative sweetening systems instead of refined sugar-heavy formulations.
You can check the ingredient list on each product page for complete transparency.
4. Does Skinny contain palm oil?
No.
We do not use palm oil in our chocolates or wafer bars.
5. Does Skinny contain maida (refined flour)?
No.
Our wafer formats use better flour alternatives instead of refined maida.
6. Will it taste different from regular chocolate?
It tastes like chocolate should — creamy, balanced, indulgent.
What you won’t get:
• Over-sweetness
• Greasy palm oil mouthfeel
• Heavy aftertaste
7. Is Skinny a “diet” or “health” chocolate?
No.
Skinny is not a medical, diet, keto or extreme wellness product.
It’s indulgence made smarter — so it fits into everyday life.
8. Is Skinny suitable for children?
Skinny is positioned as an adult-forward brand — not a candy brand. Generally we do not recommend our sugar free variants for children below age 12. However, some of our products such as Skinny Buttons are suitable for kids above age 2.
9. Is Skinny safe for diabetics?
If a product is no added sugar, it may be suitable in moderation — but we always recommend consulting your doctor.
Always check the nutritional panel before consumption.
10. Are there artificial flavours or colours?
Skinny avoids additives unless necessary.
Each product ingredient list is fully disclosed on the pack and online.
11. How is Skinny different from regular chocolate brands?
Most mainstream chocolates are built for:
• High sugar intensity
• Palm oil as a cost stabiliser
• Refined flour in wafers
Skinny removes these shortcuts — without removing pleasure.
12. Can I eat Skinny daily?
Skinny is designed for repeatability — not occasional binge.
Like all indulgence, moderation matters.
But it is built to fit into everyday routines more comfortably than regular chocolate.
13. How should I store Skinny products?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Avoid refrigeration unless necessary, as condensation can affect texture.
14. Do you offer assorted boxes?
Yes, we can offer curated packs that include multiple Skinny formats — ideal for gifting or trying the range. Please contact us for a custom query on an assorted pack.
15. Why is it called Skinny?
For us Skinny is a mindset - Not a Body Type! We call our chocolates Skinny, because we remove the added extras - chocolates without clutter and added baggage.
